         this module

       ·      Ask yourself what, why, when,    

         who and how for each topic  

         studied

             ·      Do mind map in your own way  

         and understanding

             ·      Compare the topics

• What are the characteristic of maintenance and support ?
• What are the Lehman’s Law?

This chapter topic is easy to understand and students get clear view of the software quality management. So no topic should be dropped!!!

 3. Suggestion on teaching and learning techniques to be used during lecture and in class activities

This module has a good example which carries on a good understanding of the topic to student.

This chapter should be studied by students their self without lecturers guide.
